Metering valves series BHS

BHS series valves are monobloc metering valve designed for the installation on Dual Line lubrication system with fixed discharge of 1,5 cm^3.

The feeder body is made of special anti-friction steel. Bores and pistons are lapped to provide superior sealing.
These feeders do not employ indicator turrets, so they are suitable for use on lubrication systems in special applications.

Metering valves are normally supplied regolated with the maximum flow rate, unless otherwise indicated in the order.

INSTALLATION/OPERATION
Each metering unit consists of a servo-command piston (A) and a metering piston (B).

Function: the displacement of the pistons shown in Fig. D-E/F-G show the operation of the metering unit with the alternation of the lubricant supply in the two lines.

Feeders are normally supplied with the two separated outlets, unless otherwise indicated in the order.

APPLICATIONS
BHS series valve are ideal for installation on all types of dual line lubrication systems installed on machine tools, medium-sized presses, packaging production machines, plastic injection presses and gearboxes.
