The AI-H SINGLE PISTON PUMP is a robust hand lever pump suitable for manual lubrication, and  consists of very few moving parts making it highly user-friendly.

The single piston pump works at an operating pressure of 145 bar (2103 psi), the reservoir is available in 0.8 kg and it can be easily filled with a grease gun.

The lubrication pump should be fixed to an easily accessible position of the machine, so that uncomplicated refilling of the container is possible.


This pump has been designed for use in progressive system. The lubricant is pumped into the main line by actuating the pump and fed to the connected progressive distributor.

The lubricant is distributed over the number of outlets of the distributor and then delivered to the lubrication points or fed to another downstream progressive distributor, divided there and dispensed to the connected lubrication points.

APPLICATION
This pump is perfect for progressive lubrication systems of machine tools. It delivers lubricant with a piston stroke of 3 cm³ and it is used when grease has to be fed to the bearings and other parts of the machine.
