Machine tools are complex machining systems that work incessantly for long periods of time, so constant lubrication is necessary to avoid machine downtime, reduce component friction and maintenance costs.

DropsA designs different solutions and specific technologies for the lubrication of various types of machine tools:

- The technology for minimal lubrication MiQueL, which thanks to a very thin film of air/oil mixture guarantees a linear lubrication and high performance in the processing.

- The new automatic 4.0 Omega, the multi-outlet grease pump equipped with an electronic board with all functions, even remotely via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection to an external device.

- Smart3 pump, the compact and versatile solution for oil and fluid grease available in two versions: manual and automatic.

- The entire family of progressive dividers: SMX/SMOs that guarantee precise lubrication maximizing the efficiency of the lubrication systems, and the nPR + (nano Progressive Replaceable) and nP (nano Progressive) dividers ideal for providing a minimum but accurate dosage of oil or grease in small spaces.

- Vip4Air, the minimal air /oil lubrication panel equipped with a self-purging system and a occurred cycle sensor that electronically notifies the correct operation of the activity.
