Cam-driven piston pumps are solutions for the oil lubrication of chains and gears, designed particularly for agricultural machinery!

Compact and easy to use, they are ideal for supplying an even and continuous quantity of oil for lubricating mechanical parts and rotating mechanisms.

They can be installed in confined spaces and are useful for preventing wear on machinery components, including fixed and variable chamber round balers, combine harvesters, and for preventing machine downtime, ensuring reduced maintenance costs.

Equipped with a simple trigger mechanism, the piston pump uses the linear movement of the piston stem to suck in oil and push it towards the manifolds and metering valves as the piston is released. The stem is activated by the machine hatch, which is opened each time a bale of hay is completed and has to be deposited on
the ground.

The cam pump, which is available in the PF versions with a flange and PS versions without a flange, is installed at rollers or shafts equipped with a cam, allowing it to operate by creating a vacuum within the suction chamber.
