Cycle sensors for progressive lubrication systems

MICROSWITCH

This version is equipped with a visual pin element and works with the standard DropsA SMX dividers - simply as an accessory to be screwed on the side of the divider, without the need for modifying the divider itself in any way.
They are part of an overall divider kit including: the Microswitch with the visual pin element, support bracket, specific adapters with different micro holder fittings, based on the size of the dividers (for dividers with range 0.04 - 0.25 and for dividers with range 0.35 – 0.65).

These sensors are useful for controlling the lubrication cycle and verifying correct lubrication, designed for monitoring the spool movements in the elements of the progressive systems, on which the operating principle is based.
They are the ideal solution for all types of lubrication applications that require minimal, but accurate, dosing of lubricant into reduced spaces. They operate with standard DropsA SMX dividers, without any particular precautions, as an accessory to be screwed in place of the normal element, without the need to modify the dividing assembly in any way. This sensor has no moving parts for less wear and longer life.
