The Air/Oil lube panel for spindles is an application designed by DropsA to increase the effectiveness of the lubrication with Air/Oil in a all-inclusive solution, exploiting the features of specific products:

- SMART3 Oil electric pump
-  Air/Oil injector distribution block
-  6700 Series oil volumetric metering cartridges

The panel can be used on the various types of machine tools, especially spindle heads with high speed applications, bearings, gear boxes and in a wide range of applications where a Air/Oil lubrication is required, to reduce the waste of lubricant and the environmental impact.

This solution, through a controlled flow of Air/Oil mixture provided directly to the points, allows to reduce the friction between the parts in contact, and to favour the movement and maximum operativity.

APPLICATIONS
The panel is suitable mainly for the lubrication of machine tools components, such as spindles, bearings and gear boxes, but also for chain, gears, slideways and bushings.
